Amnaya Cooking Class – Authentic Balinese Cuisine

SUKUN Restaurant at Amnaya Resort Kuta is delighted to present a culturally-inspired activity for the pleasure of in-house guests. Every Wednesday from 11.00am onwards, Chef Made Adi will be conducting a Cooking Class at Sukun Restaurant that unveils the spicy secrets of authentic Balinese cuisine.

This hands-on experience is designed to teach participants about local ingredients and how to prepare a mouth-watering feast. It is the perfect introduction to exotic flavours and cooking techniques that are unique to the island of Bali.

The class is a step-by-step tutorial resulting in a delicious three-course lunch. It commences with a refreshing Green Papaya Salad with Prawns starter followed by Balinese Minced Fish Satays on Lemongrass Skewers. Then there’s a dessert of Sticky Rice Cake Balls filled with Liquid Palm Sugar to end things on a sweet note.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Made Adi, each dish is made using locally sourced ingredients for a traditional Balinese taste sensation. This fun cooking activity is limited to just six participants each class. It includes a recipe book and certificate to take home. *BTNewspaper/d-e/pro- dita retno
